Ignimani

The deal, in plain English.

Terms of use for Ignimani, made by Fifty31 Holdings. Updated 2026-10-22. By using the app you agree to these and to who sees what.

Who it's for

Adults 18 and over, in the US. One account per person; keep your login to yourself.

Coaching, not a doctor

Ignimani and Luna give general fitness and wellness coaching, graded by the research. They don't diagnose, treat or prescribe, and they aren't a substitute for your doctor. Anything marked "doctor first" means see one before you go on.

Emergencies: heavy bleeding that soaks a pad an hour for 2 hours, sudden severe pelvic or belly pain, pain with a fever, one swollen painful leg, sudden breathlessness or chest pain, or any bleeding or fluid leak in pregnancy: call 911 or go to an emergency room. Don't wait for the app.

Stop any session the moment something hurts more than mild effort, and follow the app's holds. You take part at your own risk; check with your doctor or midwife before starting if you're pregnant, had a baby in the last 6 weeks, have pelvic pain, or have had pelvic surgery.

Plans and payment

The free starter costs nothing. Paid plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown when you buy, until you cancel. A free trial turns into a paid plan on the date shown unless you cancel before then.

Cancel any time in Account with one tap. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period and aren't charged again. We don't refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it. If a price ever changes, we tell you before it applies and you can cancel first.

Stripe handles payments; we never see your card.

Your content

What you log and upload stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in who sees what. Download or delete it any time.

Photos must be you, 18+, in fitted clothing, no nudity. Don't upload anyone else's data.

Fair use

Don't copy, resell or scrape the app or its content, break its security, or use it to harm anyone. We may close accounts that do.

Our promises and their limits

We work hard to keep the app accurate, safe and available, but it's provided as it is, and results vary from person to person. To the extent the law allows, Fifty31 Holdings isn't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the app asks you to agree again before you go on.
